Traceability Terms and Conditions
This Traceability Certification and Acknowledgment Agreement
establishes the legal responsibilities and obligations of the
Collector/Supplier regarding the collection, transportation,
ownership, and delivery of materials supplied to the purchasing company.
Certification and Acknowledgment
I, Collector / Supplier, acting as an independent
collector and/or supplier, hereby certify and acknowledge that all
information provided in any report, shipment documentation, manifest,
or traceability record submitted to the purchasing company is true,
complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
Supplier Responsibilities
The Collector / Supplier further represents, warrants, and agrees that:

All material described in any submitted report or shipment record
was lawfully collected and obtained from the establishments,
facilities, or locations identified therein.

The Collector / Supplier assumes full and exclusive responsibility
for the origin, collection, handling, transportation, condition,
ownership, legality, and delivery of all supplied material.

The Collector / Supplier guarantees that all delivered material
complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws,
regulations, and environmental requirements.

The Collector / Supplier confirms that no material has been obtained
through unauthorized collection, theft, fraudulent activity,
contamination, or any unlawful practice.

The Collector / Supplier is solely responsible for maintaining all
permits, licenses, authorizations, and records required by law for
the lawful collection and transportation of materials.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
The Collector / Supplier agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
the purchasing company, including its owners, officers, employees,
agents, affiliates, successors, and representatives, from and against
any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines,
costs, expenses, or legal actions arising directly or indirectly from:
- False or misleading statements or documentation;
- Unauthorized or unlawful collection activities;
- Contaminated or hazardous materials;
- Theft, fraud, or disputes regarding ownership;
- Violations of applicable laws or regulations;

Any negligent, reckless, or unlawful act related to the supplied
material.
